Journaling about one's grief experience is a helpful way to mourn. Laurie responds through email consults to offer feedback and journal prompts to assist the client in navigating their grief work.

Monthly Virtual Session: Meet with Laurie online, once per month for 1.5 hour.

Bereavement Education Groups. Somatic Grief Groups. 5-8 participants at $85 per person for each 2 hour circle.

Deepen your understanding of bereavement and come together in the workplace to explore experiences of death, dying, and loss. 3-hour group workshop — $125 per person.
